We do ship to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto
Rico and foreign countries. There will be an extra shipping charge.
Shipped USPS Priority Mail International unless you request another shipping
method. For our Canadian customers this avoids extra courier service
charges. Deliveries take 10-20 days. Please follow this procedure to make
your purchase. Click on "Add to Cart" button. Follow directions and pay.
When we ship the item to you we will email you the additional shipping
charge. The email will contain a link to the "Shopping Cart Bypass"
page or we will issue a "Request for Funds" using PayPal so you can pay this amount.

Missing Items/Damaged Product: When you receive your order, please check for damage and that you received
the motor you ordered. Call if there is any problem.
Returns:
There is no charge for return of damaged or incorrectly sent merchandise.
Please call us for a return authorization number.
If YOU ordered the incorrect merchandise, up to
a 30% restocking fee may apply plus you will pay to return the item.
Product must be returned in brand new, resalable condition with original
packing and container. Returns must be insured and a signature is
required for proof of receipt of delivery.
Ametek WindJammer motors are NOT returnable unless they are defective out of
the box.
